One Second In The Arab World
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
First edition and signed (in shorthand!) Ronald Codrai spent many years photographing the Arab world and in 1975 received an OBE for his services to British interests in Lebanon. The title refers to an average shutter speed of one hundredth of a second, so the combined exposures amount to only one second, yet span 50 years. Wonderful full colour and black and white photographs throughout with text by the author on his journeyings around the Arab world. The book has a black cover with the title in gilt on the front and spine, and the dustjacket is in splendid condition.
