Illustrated with Paul Klee's paintings and drawings in black and white and colour as well as with diagrams. The faintly toned contents are clean throughout. The book is in Good Plus condition, with wear to all edges and outer corners of the boards and a slight skew to to binding. See photographs. Paul Klee's lecture notes from the Bauhaus school together with extensive extracts from more than 2500 pages of his notebooks which lay out his ideas on form and artistic creation, presented alongside reproductions of his work demonstrating his theories.
