By means of plug connections, everything can be mounted quickly and easily, and the self-adhesive underside makes installation even easier. To operate MaxLED from the sofa, to dim the brightness and to change the color temperature, the integration into a smart home system based on ZigBee is necessary. Philips Hue or IKEA Tradfri, for example, come into question here. Of course, Paulmann itself also has a corresponding bridge in its range. This is called Gateway smik, offers a free app for iOS and Android and can be purchased separately as an accessory. For those who prefer a classic remote control instead of a smartphone, Paulmann offers the Gent remote control, which does not require a bridge. With it, all functions of MaxLED can also be controlled. Gent is, as well as a ZigBee-capable 2-gang wall switch, available separately via the accessories.
