SuperHoop II tom hoops provide easy tuning The Pearl Session Studio Select use Pearls extensively designed and developed SuperHoops. These hoops are precision formed from heavy duty 2.3mm steel and offer perfect rim shots and cross-stick tones that arent obtainable on normal drum hoops. Being triple-flanged they allow the head to vibrate freely for a great open sound. The hoops ensure optimal resonance and articulation as well as making tuning and the holding of that tuning easy.
