Not only judged highly for their beauty, but also their sturdy stature, the robust stems hold up well against the weather and provide good, long-lasting specimens for cut flower displays.Peony Collection comprises: Peony 'Bowl of Beauty' - This outstanding, early to midsummer flowering variety, has giant, anemone-like, fragrant blooms, up to 20cm across. Large pink petals form a huge bowl containing a creamy ruff of smaller, ribbon-like petals. Height: 100cm (40”). Spread: 80cm (32”).Peony 'Jan van Leeuwen' - An enduring classic, dating from 1928. Pristine white outer petals form crisply cut bowls enfolding golden petaloids. This mid-season peony has an RHS Award of Garden Merit and was a winner of Best in Show at Chelsea. Height :60cm (24”). Spread: 75cm (30”).Peony 'Doreen' - Lightly scented blooms composed of layers of bright, rosy-pink petals encircling a prominent pompon of frilly yellow stamens. RHS AGM. Height: 90cm (36”). Spread: 50cm (20”).
