Add 60ml of warm water (there is a black measure mark on the bottle to show you), then shake the water-powder mix for 30 seconds and squeeze it all over your scalp, massaging it throughout your hair. Leave the treatment for 5 minutes, rinse and shampoo as usual. Use the treatment once every 2-3 weeks and re-use the bottle for mixing, washing well between treatments..
