Product Description Polycell Pollyfilla All Purpose Filler is a powder filler with excellent mixability,is lump free and with good adhesion properties for use both inside and outside. Will not shrink or crack and is easy to sand down. Application Description No need to prime or wet the surface before filling. Rub down gloss surfaces and touch in nail and screw heads with oil based paint. Always add the powder to the water. To mix, add 2-2.5 parts powder to 1 part water. Stir for about 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed Drying Time 60 minutes Recoatable 24 hours Accepts nails and screws Long working time Dries white ,will not shrink or crack Smooth ,easy to sand Independently tested - the Trade's best performer
