LED ceiling light Diver with blown glass shades and metal details The ceiling lights of the Diver series show up like all other lights of the series with a double-layered shade made of mouth-blown glass. While the outer shade is cylindrical and transparent, the inner shade is shaped like a hemisphere and is opal white. It is framed and held in the shade by a metal element, which has been lacquered just like the ceiling fixture. Diver is a lamp series from the house of Prandina, which was manufactured in Italy. Founded in 1982 by Sergio Prandina, the company produces lamps whose shades are mainly made of mouth-blown glass, which gives them a high recognition value. Perfection of the mouth-blown shades, combination of different surfaces, courage for developments and ambition to demonstrate light in all its facets - these are the principles according to which Prandina designs and manufactures in Italy. The company collaborates with numerous renowned designers and architects. The lamps of the Diver series were designed by the Belgian designers Serge and Robert Cornelissen. The design studio Serge Cornelissen BV specializes in the design and development of lighting concepts and luminaires. In a balanced combination of artistic and technical creativity, luminaires are designed here for many well-known manufacturers.
