Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. Huell Melon is a glorious aroma hop from Hull in Germany and is descended from the American cascade variety. It brings a great balance to any beer and we believe works beautifully as a single hop with its distinctive notes of melon and strawberry.
