Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
A monumental study on the relationship between race, colour and class in the context of the colonial and immediate post-colonial societies of Southern Africa. It is based on essentially on the doctoral dissertation that was completed and presented in 1978 and has the main focus of the societies of Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi, but with references to South Africa and the sub-region in general. This copy is in very good condition. The corners of the covers are a little bumped, the interior is clean and bright with no markings. It has an inscription on the title page.
