Inner measurements: 55cm wide x 132cm long x 43cm high. Volume (based on depth of water of 50cm) = 0.47m cubed (47-L) Simply inflate using the pump and fill with cold water and ice. Inflate: the bath comes complete with a rechargeable battery air pump, so that it can be inflated outdoors or at any venue, taking 3 minutes to fully inflate. (Please note this pump needs to be charged fully for 12 hours before use as per instructions.) Filling: depending on water pressure, it takes between 10-15 minutes to fill. You can add ice to decrease the temperature if required. Emptying and deflating: if there is good draining or the bath is used outside simply deflate the bath and the water will run out of the bath within 1 minute. You can then use the pump to fully deflate. Available as a solo bath for individual players. Designed to benefit sports clubs, teams and athletes for cryogenic regeneration after training or exercise. These baths can also be used for hot water, simply fill initially with cold water then the temperature can be raised to a maximum of 35 degrees C.
