This ring is just gorgeous. Three silver and one 8ct gold nuggets nestle together forming a diamond shape. A silvery rose cut diamond is set into one of the silver nuggets, with a chiselled setting contrasting with the gleaming metal. The band is of 2mm round wire, very comfortable to wear. This could be a modern and original engagement ring. It stacks well and is a statement when just worn alone. The ring is a European size 13. 5 (53. 5mm finger circumference) a US 6 3/4 and a UK NAs with all my work, the metals are recycled and the stones bought from the most reputable dealers I can find. All of my silver and gold comes from a smelter who is externaly certified as only working with recycled metal. They smelt their metals to the highest environmental standards, to cause the least impact on the environment. They do not deal with newly mined metals, as these metals cause much greater destruction to the environment. There is no visible difference between recycled metals and newly-mined metals. There is also no difference as far as the karat of the metals go- 18k recycled gold is exactly the same in constitution as 18k newly mined gold. The vast majority of my clients prefer their metals recycled, as environmental impact is of concern when choosing the perfect piece of jewelry.
