Redbreast Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey American Oak Edition is the first release in their The American Oak series that tells the stories of their fascination with wood. This one was finished in oak casks from the Taylor Family Farm in Kentucky, giving you a taste of what unique American oak does to the Whiskey. In this case, the oak's rich tannins mingle with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, creating a wonderful balance with those fruit notes in the background.
