DOMUS Hanging light Arta with wire rope hoist This pretty rope pull light has been designed by the famous designer Mario Vivaldi. The delicate alder wood arcs create something very special. The wooden sphere, made of alder wood, however, appears rather sturdy and yet radiates thoroughly elegant vibes. As a result, the lampshade of the hanging light Arta doesn't only provide accented light, but also emits pleasant lighting. The light can even be attached offset from the ceiling connection, so as to create even more scope for design. During production of these lights, which are handmade in Germany, the manufacturer also ensures that the functionality of the lights is completely convincing and endeavours to maximise their durability. Therefore the use of varnish, for example, is avoided and yet they are still able to conjure up impressive light pieces, which can be dimmed if desired. The lunopal material brings out the best lighting in this quirky hanging light. Although this raw material resembles paper, it is much more robust and durable, without which the owner of this beautiful lamp would not be able to take advantage of the cosy lighting. Moreover, the lampshade of the light is UV-resistant, can be washed completely and there is no possibility of the lunopal lampshade turning yellow or becoming fragile. These are therefore the best possible conditions for enjoying this extremely artistic rope pull light. The manufacturer DOMUS has been using this approach to inspire since 1966 and is renowned for its exceptionally high processing quality, making these lights a real collector's item.
