Made from wood 40mm - 75mm diameter For use with metal and acrylic With handle to hold in vice Bangle mandrels are used for hand forming bangles, they are also useful for forming and bending thermoplastics such as acrylic. This round wooden bangle mandrel will form round circular bangles in a range of diameters ranging from 40mm to 75mm and the length of this mandrel is 270mm. It is best practice to use a wooden mallet such as 997 3117 or hammer such as 999 7186 to form your bangle. To use, secure the handle in a vice before shaping your bangle with a hammer or mallet. Care should be taken to keep surfaces clean, as any marks will be transferred to the surface of the formed metal.
