Ruffled roses are a growing trend this year, especially as we venture into spring. Be ready to impress with your summer-themed floral wedding cakes and birthday designs. There is such profound detailing to this mould, it looks fantastic as a finished result. Not to mention it will save you hours of time, effort and cocktail sticks! The mould includes 6 ruffled roses varying in size and two leaves. Approximate Measurements: Mould: 21cm x 12cm Roses: 1.5cm Diamter - 9cm Diameter Leaves: 3cm-4cm Can be used with various edible mediums, including: sugarpaste, flower paste, marzipan, modelling paste, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar and more. Instructions: 1. Dust cornflour into the mould Turn over and tap out excess. 2. Knead a little paste until smooth. Flatten slightly before pressing firmly into the required piece. Ensure the paste is flat at the back and not going over the edges. 3. Turn the mould over, flex and release the paste. 4. Attach the moulded pieces to your cake carefully whilst still soft, using edible glue or royal icing. 5. When dry, the ruffled roses can either be brushed with powder colour or painted.
