Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
This book provides a comprehensive history of the Episcopalian church of Saint Thomas on New York's Fifth Avenue. In charting both the church's and the parish's emergence and history, it is a painstakingly devoted account of its symbiotic relationship with the city and the changing life of the Episcopal Church over the first one hundred and seventy-five years of one of the great parishes of the diocese. The condition is very good with just some slight scuffing and marking to the dustjacket and a few small foxing marks inside. Clean throughout and tightly bound with no former owner inscriptions.
