The Parham Summerhouse has glazed double doors and three windows, allowing you to take advantage of sunny days while still getting a great view of your yard. The Shire Parham Summerhouse is great for anyone who enjoys spending time in their garden. Fill it with comfortable furniture to make a great spot for reading or relaxing, or add a table and chairs to make a nice dining room. Because it is a Shire summerhouse, you may be confident that it is made of high-quality wood. Shire only buys wood from Scandinavia and Siberia, where the greatest wood for garden structures is grown. Because the timber is tight grained and produces less sap, it is more durable than the quicker growing timber. The shiplap profile of the walls allows for effective water runoff and keeps the summerhouse dry on the inside, while the tongue and groove structure helps to reduce draughts. With two doors that are glass to let in as much light as possible. The building includes an eye-catching gate lock. The summerhouse's roof and floor are made of matching tongue and groove boarding for a professional look. Three-quarter length windows with styrene safety glass are included. Shire garden structures are pre-treated on both sides with a golden brown industrial water-based solution (colour can vary from the picture shown). Shire recommends a water-based top coat of your choice. This will protect the lumber on your shed from weathering and allow it to endure longer, but it must be repeated according to the manufacturer's instructions.
