Our readily prepared sous vide Shredded Beef Brisket has been meticulously cooked by our Somerset chefs, and thanks to their minimalistic seasoning, can be used in a wide range of recipes. Beautifully tender, use the brisket to create a simple but delicious cottage pie, pull a twist on a classic baked potato and try our firecracker jacket recipe, or combine the brisket with our sous vide Pulled Venison Shoulder and whip up a "venimoo" chilli con carne. We source our grass-fed beef from a number of farms around the extended West Country. This includes one of the largest herds of White Park Cattle in the UK, under the care of our farmer Bill Cooke. Grass fed beef was our founding product and we're proud to still be selling the best beef you can buy in the UK.
