Mix 2 teaspoons of this blend with yogurt or oil, along with 1 teaspoon of salt, and use it to marinate meats for a maximum of 24 hours. For paneer, fish, and vegetables, marinate for up to 6 hours. Then, barbecue or grill until they are fully cooked and have a delicious charred flavour. Vegan-friendly, dairy and gluten-free.
