Smart Roofer 20kg TopCoat is a fire-retardant top-coat based on a special formula of resin and mineral fillers, leading to a good resistance to flame and low smoke formation and with a smart grey finish the top-coat can deliver reliable consistency time and time again This top-coat is colour tinted and halogen free with an easy apply formula allowing each tin to cover approximately 65 square metres. Suitable for a variety of FRP products which require good flame-retardant properties, the Smart Roofer top-coat can achieve best results when the top-coat thickness is applied at 300-400 microns It's recommended to keep stored at a stable temperature under 25degC indoors and away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to stir before use
