The Smith Squad S is part of their Squad series of goggles, this version is made with smaller faces in mind. A semi-rimless frame and oversized cylindrical lens give improved peripheral vision and a modern look. The Carbonic-x lens is impact resistant and has an anti-fog treatment to help keep your vision clear. A DriWix 2-layer foam and the Responsive Fit frame are comfortable on the face and create a snug fit. The strap is size adjustable with silicone backing to keep them secure even when wearing a helmet. Smith has used their high-end ChromaPop technology on the main lens to improve contrast helping you to see more clearly, and there is a bonus lens for bad weather days. Ellis Brigham was born in 1933, the brainchild of Frederick Ellis Brigham, who set up business making cycling shoes and walking boots in a tiny 'two up, two down' building on the outskirts of Manchester.
After the war, as mountain walking and climbing became more and more popular, the shop began to sell ex-WD climbing equipment and Brigham's boots with their special nailing patterns became very sought after.
Fast forward almost 80 years and Ellis Brigham now has 24 shops across the UK and a leading website, making it the UK's premier retailer for ski hardware, mountaineering equipment and outdoor clothing.
