These small sweet North Atlantic prawns are caught in Iceland and smoked in the UK. As they're smoked, they would be a great addition to a seafood sharing board, or as canapes at a party since they can be served cold and there is no preparation. They add a little bit of novelty to them since they put a bit of a twist on the usual prawns served and as they're in the shell, they look amazing and are fun to eat.
