This comprehensive package includes the HM5, a 5-litre oxygen concentrator that provides instant oxygen on demand, the Little Torch with 2 adjustable control valves and 5 interchangable tips, and an EU to UK torch nozzle (featuring a BSP thread). With this system, you can say goodbye to the risks associated with transporting and storing pressurised oxygen containers. It can generate oxygen at around half the cost of standard cylinders or liquid oxygen as an alternative. The maximum pressure of this device is 8.5psi. Due to the low flow of the HM5, a regulator is not required. However, we highly recommend using an oxygen flashback arrestor (999 Z020) as a safety precaution. This device should be fixed between the Oxygen Concentrator and the torch hose to prevent dangerous flame flashbacks. Regular maintenance for the oxygen concentrator is minimal and primarily involves cleaning the system`s filter and replacing the filter pads. The oxygen concentrator measurements are 62cm height, 42.5cm width, 30cm at the base and 23.6cm at the top. The max power on this machine is 340 watts. The Little Torch is a miniature welding torch which can be fuelled by Butane, Acetylene, Hydrogen, Natural Gas or Propane. The torch can be used in areas which are often impossible to reach with a conventional torch. Using your choice of gas supply and an oxygen supply, the torch produces a thread-thin flame which is stable and perfectly controlled. The flame reaches temperatures hot enough to melt metals, glass and ceramics and is controlled with two adjustable control valves on the torch body. The Little Torch will weld, braze, solder and heat a range of materials and is perfect for small, delicate and intricate pieces. The maximum temperature of the Little Torch depends on the fuel used: Acetylene: 3260-3482degC Butane: 2757degC Hydrogen: 2676degC Natural Gas: 2537degC Propane: 2637degC Please note - the recommended propane regulator will not gauge the pressure, as it does not come with a dial. It is however adjustable and has a maximum output of 4 bar. A filter is included with the oxygen concentrator, replacement filters are available: 999 7820. For replacement nozzles, please see 999 7819. The oxygen concentrator is not suitable for medical use and should NOT be used for any medical application.
