With stepped compression ratios of 2:1 4:1 and 10:1 as well as a ds setting that delivers a fixed 10:1 ratio with additional sidechain filtering you have the flexibility to shape your sound to perfection. The Threshold control determines at what level the compressor starts acting while the Ratio control determines the intensity of compression. Additionally both controls provide automatic make-up gain ensuring a consistent and balanced output. To help reduce unwanted bass pumping effects the Compressor/Limiter section also includes a 6dB/Oct 185 Hz High Pass Filter in the sidechain.
