SPRINTBOK TREADMILL The Sprintbok treadmill takes manual treadmills to a totally different level. Unlike a motorised treadmill, when you use the Sprintbok treadmill your legs are the engine. This is allows you to stride out exactly the way you would outside on the road and because you determine the speed the Sprintbok treadmill has no limits. The unique curve and innovative mechanism allows you to vary your pace from a hard sprint to a gentle stroll. Because the movement is so natural it will improve your running technique and encourages you to have a mid-foot or front-foot strike, the natural way all the best runners constantly work to develop. It also forces you to hold a good back and neck posture. It takes just 30 seconds to get used to the compact Sprintbok and as you don't have to plug it into a power source you can position it anywhere in the room. It is constructed from the finest materials with the side panels beautifully sculptured from various hardwoods, with every piece of the treadmill verified one by one by hand in the Sprintbok workshop before being manually assembled. The treadmill is extremely durable and robust and all moving parts have been greased for life which equates to 10 hours a day, every day, for 10 years, resulting in zero maintenance. Its unique slats flexion system and soft rubber treads give a wonderful cushioning feeling without too much bounce and also contribute to vibration reduction. Finally, the stunning 17.2" (43.6cm) high definition Touch Screen, which is also compatible with the full range of apps found on the Google Play store allows you to analyse your performance in minute detail or relax and watch your favourite TV show.
