Even the most expensive, state of the art braking system is second rate if there is air in the system!Many people wouldn t give changing the fluid a second thought and maybe not even realise that it should be renewed at least every two years. Whilst those who do, still don t look forward to the messy, repetitive and sometimes lengthy job!This new innovative Bleeder Valve from Stahlbus is guaranteed to change the way you think about changing brake fluid forever, designed to give the user an extremely simple, clean and safe process that works in just a few simple steps.Not only is the constant opening and closing of the O.E bleed valve repetitive and sometimes lengthy process, it can cause the threads to wear, in extreme cases rendering the caliper defective. Another disadvantage is that the thread of an opened bleeder screw does not seal allowing air to re-enter the system.The Stahlbus Bleeder Valve remedies this as it consists of two parts, with a non-return function. During bleeding or filling only the upper part is un-screwed (1/2 a turn), it s integrated rubber O-ring keeps the system sealed allowing air in the system to be pushed out but preventing air back into the system. Once open there is no need for the usual systematic opening and closing due to the non-return valve, any loss of pressure and the non-return valve closes independently until the next bleeding pressure is built up. Once all air is removed from the system, simply tighten.A complete system can be bled within minutes, single handed, without assistance. Simply fit and forget, once fitted it stays there!
