Huntsham beef comes from the Huntsham herd of Longhorn cattle. These old-fashioned, cattle were first bred over 200 years ago and were the breed which made England famous for its fine roast beef. The Longhorn is rare, but the quality of its meat remains outstanding. The box contains: 2 Bone Longhorn Fore Rib - As one big joint on or off the bone to feed about 10 people, or 2 x 1 bone joints on or off bone, or sawn down the length to make big sharing steaks for two people containing the rib eye and rib cap.
