Please note the afternoon tea will be at a separate location to the steam train experience. At some locations, tickets are valid for a return journey, whereas others offer a whole day rover ticket, so they’ll be able to hop on and hop off, exploring the local area as they please, sight-see or even enjoy a picnic for a relaxing day out. Menus will typically comprise of dainty sandwiches accompanied by a choice of teas, followed by sumptuous scones with cream and jam and glorious cakes, it’s the perfect treat! These experiences make the perfect relaxing combination, where they can unwind in peaceful surroundings, with a chance to experience a new part of the country or see a local area from a different perspective.
