The Sterling Silver & Tagua Nut Necklace by Small Creations Jewellery. Sterling silver and tagua nut necklace set with various semi-precious stones from the Planets Series by Small Creations Jewellery. This dramatic statement necklace is the most complex and detailed piece from my planets series, inspired by the solar system. Tagua nut is known as vegetable ivory for its creamy colour. I've set three nuts on a sterling silver snake chain with handmade clasps. The central nut represents the sun and is set with sterling silver, amber and wood. The left-hand nut is the outer planet and is set with labradorite, bristol blue glass, copper and zircon. The right nut represents the inner (celestial) planets and is set with gold-sheen obsidian, moonstone, pearl and ruby. The overall chain length is 21cm. Each nut measures 5cm by 3cm, and the overall weight is 115g. About The Designer: Small Creations Jewellery is run by silversmith and artist Patrick Small who creates his unique and stunning handcrafted designs from his studio in Bristol.
