STORM AIR ROWER Rowing is seen as the most effective exercise you can do engaging both the upper and lower body as well as giving your heart and lungs a thorough workout. The Origin Storm rower is designed for both home and full commercial environments providing a robust, high-performance fitness machine. It uses a fan flywheel with an adjustable airflow damper to suit your stroke preference and the fan blade is driven by a durable nickel-plated chain drive mechanism. The footrests are adjustable so you can find the most perfect rowing position and the handlebars can be stored either high or low so you can find the most comfortable starting row position. There is also a mobile phone mount placed above the console so as not to obscure the console's view and this is ideal if you want to play your favourite music or watch Netflix or YouTube. The console provides a number of programmes as well as all the important workout feedback.
