This 400 Series Toned Tan Mixed Media Pad from Strathmore is a gummed pad with a total of 15 sheets inside that are 300gsm making it a heavyweight 'hybrid' paper. This paper has great versatility combining the thickness of watercolour paper with the smooth surface finish of drawing paper. It's ideal for use with all wet and dry mediums from watercolour to charcoal, and thanks to it being available in two mid-tone shades 'Tan' or 'Grey' these pads pair especially well with hard pastels, chalk, charcoal, watercolour and more as they offer great contrast with the paper for highlights and low tones.
