What are the active ingredients in Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C 100mg Lozenges and what do they do? Strepsils lozenges active ingredients are Amylmetacresol and Dichlorobenzyl, which are both antiseptics. These mild antiseptics kill bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections. When the lozenge is sucked it allows the active ingredients to coat the affected area. This helps to lubricate scratchy throats and soothe the pain. Each lozenge also has a boost of 100mg of Vitamin C. Also Available; Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges - 24 Lozenges here Warnings and Precautions Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
