What are the active ingredients in Sudafed Sinus Pressure And Pain Tablets? Ibuprofen: This is an anti-inflammatory painkiller that combats fever and soothes pain. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: This is a decongestant that works to reduce the sore, swollen blood vessels in your nose so you can breathe better.
