A collection of stories, poetry, and illustrations for young people to read on a Sunday! In just over four hundred pages there are dozens of antidotes. There are upward of 250 original illustrations. Authors: Georges Montbard, A Forestier, Helen Miles, T Pym, and G Walker This copy was given as a present for Xmas 1889. Printed by: Strangeways and Sons, Tower St, Cambridge Circus [London] Published by: Wells Gardener, Darton & co, Paternoster Buildings. London. As you would expect for a book that is just over 130 years old it is showing wear and tear. A very rare find.
