Paracetamol: This is a painkiller for everyday aches and pains. Codeine: This is part of a group of medications known as opioid analgesics, which means it works to ease pains that aren’t managed by painkillers like ibuprofen and paracetamol alone. Doxylamine succinate: This is an antihistamine, which works to reduce irritation and allergy symptoms. Caffeine: This is a stimulant that works to make paracetamol work more effectively.
