Reviving TAG Heuer's connections to the aviation world, this TAG Heuer Autavia Calibre 5 Chronometer watch brings to life a legendary design that perfectly suits a modern day pilot with an appetite for vintage aesthetics. Its stunning appearance comes in the form of a 42mm fine brushed and polished stainless steel case fitted with a large crown designed to be operated by thick pilot gloves and a closed case back which ensures its water resistance of 100 metres and comes embossed with a prop plane for decoration. Hidden within the case is where the genius of the TAG watch makers is really bought to life with its remarkable chronometer certified movement. Accurate to -4 to +6 seconds a day, the TAG Calibre 5 Chronometer watch movement provides a power reserve of 38 hours, classic central hands for hour, minute and seconds and a handy date window at 6 o clock. The Superluminova coated hands and indexes are presented beautifully on a smoked blue dial which pairs perfectly with blue bidirectional turning bezel and elegant stainless steel bracelet. For one final touch of robustness and easy legibility, the TAG Heuer Autavia Calibre 5 watch is fitted with scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass coated with anti-reflective treatment. This TAG Heuer Autavia Calibre 5 Chronometer watch also comes with an additional NATO strap.
