Signifying the players immense talent, the Christinao Ronaldo Special Edition timepiece from TAG Heuers iconic Formula 1 collection epitomizes a perfect blend of sporty appeal with contemporary engineered tools and a strikingly bold presence. Evoking the vibrant colours of the running pitch, a football green hue is applied to a number of exquisite elements to the Formula 1 special edition culminating a sense of adrenaline, fused with the success of the inspirational footballers presence. Set on a stunning matt black dial, a green injected flange instantly attracts attention, creating a depth and extra dimensions to the black chequered dial. The chronograph hosts three sub dials consisting of a one tenth of a second at 6 o clock, current seconds at 3 o clock and chronograph minutes at the 9 o clock location, all mounted against an intense black backdrop, enhanced by more green hints from the sub dial hands. An all black titanium carbide coated bezel bears the chronographs tachymeter scale, providing a huge impact against the black and green NATO style strap, a reference to the nylon straps used in the second world war and an integral part of the TAG Heuer design. The watch is water resistant to 200 meters and graces a 42mm diameter across the wearers wrist. A striking white CR7 logo adds a useful hint of brightness, coupled with the subtle date window which rests between the 4 and 5 o clock markers. A set of green coated hour and minute hands join and all green sweeping seconds hand, which has been applied with luminous treatment to provide high legibility in low light conditions.
