Tesla Saffire Fire Valves have been developed to do just such a job, safeguarding the installation by shutting off the fuel from the oil line in the event of a fire. The Saffire remote fire valve by Tesla UK Ltd is a capillary type fire valve, designed to shut off the oil supply line in the event of a fire. All Saffire fire valve models are suitable for use with suction or gravity fuel systems at 0.8bar (-12psi) vacuum and 2 bar (30 psi) positive.
