This book is a collection of 'The Bookman' magazines published by Hodder and Stoughton, published between 1891 until 1934. This book contains book reviews of books published during the time of publication, advertisements and black and white photographs. This edition contains three plates in colour from 'The School of Scandal' by Richard Brinsley Sheridan, illustrated by Hug Thomson. This book is in fair condition. Ex-library book with standard labelling and stamps. Binding is sound. Spine is very damaged and wearing away, exposing the binding - will need repairing. Shelf wear is very evident with scratches and discolouration on hardcover. Discolouration of fore edge.
