Good unclipped gloss illustrated paper wrapper, a few creases to edges and superficial scratches, on VG green boards, gilt to spine, spine ends slightly pushed, maps to pastedowns and prelims, previous owners pen gift inscription to verso of paste down, otherwise block clean and binding tight. Laid in, a copy of a statutory declaration by "Francis Edmund Bailey" of St. Albans New South Wales, aged 73, dated 1974[?] about his families history of land ownership and usage, stapled to a copy of the signed referenced map, plus two folded and tape stained, faded copies of property sale deeds from the area dated 1835 and 1884.
