11 issues of The Illustrated War News, a weekly magazine published to give civilians news of the First World War and comprising 48 pages of articles, photographs, diagrams and maps. The issues are from 1914 and 1915, comprising: Part 2 August 19 1914; Part 9 October 7 1914; Part 10 October 14 1914; Part 18 (? un-numbered) December 9 1914; Part 23 January 13 1915; Part 24 January 20 1915; Part 27 February 10 1915; Part 28 February 17 1915; Part 57 September 8 1915; Part 63 October 20 1915; and Part 64 October 27 1915. Condition: All issues are creased, torn, rubbed, marked etcetera as one might expect; some are in better nick than others. Some have covers (front or back) that are very loose or detached; some covers (front and back) are missing entirely. There is generally only minor tearing, and all are generally fully readable, with the exception of Part 18, where two pages have stuck together and been torn apart; it also shows some damp wrinkling.
