The King-Crane Commission, officially called the 1919 Inter-Allied Commission on Mandates in Turkey, was a commission of inquiry concerning the disposition of areas within the former Ottoman Empire. This study, which utilises the basic published materials, essentially rests on the papers of members of the King-Crane Commission, President Wilson and others who influenced the development of policy during the period of the Peace Conference in 1919. The study closes with the Lausanne settlement in 1923. This is a hardback edition in green cloth with illustrated dust jacket/ The jacket has a few scuffs to corners and edges. Some mild foxing to page edges but internally pages are all clean.
