Oliver Goldsmith (1728 - 1774) was a well known Anglo-Irish novelist, playwright, dramatist and poet. The editors, Michael Griffin and David O'Shaughnessy, are both Irish academics. There is a stamp inside the book saying "DAMAGED" but there is no signs of damage.
