bald man with glasses down nose could use some human kindness. I arrived 5 MINUTES after closing time after being stuck in traffic for about an hour. I knocked on the door and showed him my slip and ID to pick up my very very important parcel and he simply refused me. IT WAS 5 MINUTES. all it would of taken is 1!! 1 minute out of his time to help someone out!!! Cheers for that mate. (2 stars because one member of staff when I go in there is actually helpful and he doesn’t deserve 1 star)
Every time I go there, the queues are out of the door and there's only ever 1 or 2 people trying to help out 15+ customers. They also delivered my parcel to the WRONG ADDRESS so I am now out of pocket and short on a gift - the tracking number says "Signed for" but the signature is NOT MINE and no one else in my house has it. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RV007720188CN You messed up big time.
Really limited and uneducated people work here. I wasn't at home when postman was delivering so I went there to collect a parcel. Unfortuantely for some reason wrong random name was written on it. It did not matter that i had evidence that i live there and that I am the only person living on this address. Woman working there was convincing me that parcel is not for me. Even in Royal mail website clearly says that people can collect mail on behalf of someone if they have evidence that they live on that address, like a utility bill. But no, this was not relevant for this woman. She was convincing me that non existent man named J.Jones has to collect that parcel. So it's ok to deliver mail to the neighobur but not to a person who lives on that address. Who is hiring these peope? They should get a Nobel prize.
the other "big players" are able to send you a text specifying the actual hour from & to that your parcel wil be deliivered on due date . with royal mail, it's down to pure luck if you ever get the parcel at all . NOT the fault of the foot soldiers - all down to sh1tty management . YOU know who YOU are . Google Reviews really should give a no-star option ,
I am still waiting for a delivery of a tablet which was supposed to be here last Thursday, the delivery hasn't been updated and i am still waiting for it. This parcel is for my daughter. They need to start sorting this out and get parcels to the destination when it supposed to not leaving it in the mail centre to be forgot about
Review of Royal Mail Bristol Central Delivery Office in Bristolnew
Never has any issues with collecting parcels. As red card says you need to wait until the next working day to collect. I've never had any reason to phone the sorting office so unable to comment on that but I've found it very straight forward to use the online service to get my parcel re-delivered. There are double yellow lines directly outside on the main road as the post vans need to be able to drive in and out safely. Since the train station has been done up there is 20 minutes FREE PARKING just round the corner.
I tried but wondered why i bothered trying to ring them, Although come to think of it i did ring them but i don't think anyone there is trained to answer a phone this i know because I've stood in the office waiting to get served with the phone constantly ringing and staff constantly ignoring it.
Review of Royal Mail Hampstead Delivery Office in London
I wanna say a BIG THANKS to the postmen serving the Hampstead NW3 area. I'm not sure if this review would reach them but I want to commend them for being extremely efficient in delivering packages, even in this freak weather! many kudos and much respect to them.
this goes out especially to the two postmen I see almost every other day: a jolly middle aged man (always in Bermuda pants!) and a young Asian (?) guy. thanks so much!!!
