The lilies come in a wonderful mix of colours: orange, red, yellow, pink and cream. They are not too tall so will look ideal in both pots and garden borders. Under-plant with your favourite summer bedding and your will get amazing colour all through the summer and autumn. Asiatic Lilies like to be grown in moist free-draining soil rich in organic matter. Pick a sunny spot to plant your bulbs, and give them the best chance of a start in life. Height Up To 90cm (35.4in). Spread Up To 30cm (11.8in). Caution: All parts of lilies are toxic to cats. Asiatic lilies prefer a moist, free draining, neutral to acid soil that is rich in organic matter. Prior to planting, add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil to give your lilies the best start. When growing lilies in containers, use a loam based compost such as John Innes No.2. Lily bulbs should be planted at a depth of approximately 3 times their own height and 15cm (6") apart. Planting deeply helps to protect the bulb
