The bargain roast, topside is great value for any Sunday lunch. Lean and tender yet packed full of flavour, cook to pink to avoid drying out and this is a superb rib alternative. All eatTelfit Grass Fed Beef is grown naturally and slowly on both diverse, natural grass pastures and rough hillsides. Almost all of their beef is over 30 months old vs 16 months for commercial cattle, allowing real flavour to develop. The darker meat and yellow of the fat indicates a long, good life on pasture. eatTelfit believe in proper native breeds, ethically reared in a way sensitive to the environment they are reared in. This way produces the finest premium, sustainable beef with remarkable flavour and texture. All eatTelfit grass fed beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days before being expertly butchered nose-to-tail by artisan butchers.
