The TR160 Aluminium sim racing cockpit is the premium cockpit from Trak Racer that has been designed with their experience since they started in 2008. The TR160 features 160mm x 40mm extruded aluminium profile that offers maximum stability, it is able to withstand vibrations, high levels of longitudinal, transverse forces and can withstand forces of up to and over 25Nm from direct drive wheels. This cockpit is fully adjustable with the ability to adjust the seating, wheelbase and pedal positions to get you in a comfortable and perfect driving position. The variety of pedal plate options will give you the perfect choice so you can mount your sim racing pedals in either a floor mounting position or inverted.The base structure is a 160mm x 40mm high-end aluminium T-slot extruded profile, anodised in black with oversized structure for added strengthThe shifter mount has a sliding function for a more precise position and is pre drilled for all major brands of shifters and handbrakesDual locking premium seat sliders have a lift up activation lever that will enable you to put the seat in the perfect positionThe wheel mounting options provide custom fitting for your specific wheel base so it can be mounted safe and securely. All the wheel mount options apart from the universal wheel plate use Trak Racers latest TR One mounting system that allows you to upgrade by replacing only part of the mount depending on the brand and model wheelbase you are mounting. If you change your wheel base then you only have to change the mounting bracket and not the complete wheel mount. The base of the mount is made from thick walled extruded aluminium and the plated are crafted from high quality aluminium and then anodised to provided that professional look.The shifter mount has its very own sliding function for a more precise position and it can also be mounted to the left or right hand side of the cockpit. The TR160 has rubber levelling feet that are adjustable and will also protect your wood flooring from getting damaged.The base structure of the chassis is made from 160mm x 40mm high quality aluminium T-slot extruded profile with special anodised 90 degree brackets connecting the frame and the laser cut carbon steel plates that allows you to attach your selected peripherals.
