Ultralight Aluminium is lightweight and very conductive, so it spreads heat quickly and evenly - your food won't burn and stick to the centre of the frying pan. The hard surface is very resistant to scratching and wear, and easy to clean.__ The Trangia Gas burner provides more heat than a conventional meths burner, without leaving any deposits on the pans.
