These chips have been triple cooked for a perfect balance of crunch and fluffiness. The triple-cooking process ensures every chip has a crispy exterior with a melt in your mouth interior. They have been cooked in rapeseed oil, which gives a clean, light flavour and is lower in saturated fats than other oils. We recommend pairing with your favourite meats and fresh slaw for a comforting mid-week meal or indulge in a classic and load them up with our sous vide Shredded Beef Brisket or Pulled Venison Shoulder, cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce for the ultimate dirty chips. We deliver our Triple Cooked Chips previously from frozen to preserve texture, flavour and quality during transportation, and to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Cooking Instructions 1. Pre heat your oven 180degC, heat up your tray for 5 minutes 2. Spread out the chips in a single layer and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy. 3. Optional - add a little extra sea salt to finish.
